You might experience check out problems with the move of our new site, here are some suggestions.


Common Problems in Checking out on our new website:

1. You're in the wrong state. When we transferred the data for some reason, the states transferred to Alabama. The simple fix is for you to edit your state in your account, re-enter your address as well and state, check over everything to make sure you are not in the wrong state.

2. Issues with Pay Pal. Clear your cookies in your browser. This is easily done with any browser, at times the old cookies point to our former site.

3. If you have changed emails and set up multiple accounts  with old emails, please let us know, we will delete the duplicate accounts,so they don't conflict with your current one.

4. Errors that say, we cannot ship to a certain state, please re enter your address, and check the correct state for this error.

A Texas State Resale Tax ID and Resale certificate are required for TEXAS customers for tax exempt sales.  All out of Texas customers are Tax Exempt , the customer is responsible for any sales or use tax within their own state.

Are you Wholesale?

Yes, Yes and Yes. HHH is a direct importer and manfufacture distributor of a lot of its products. We design, create, innovate some of the most incredible products in the craft market. Our pricing includes on most items quantity discounts. Low minium order amount allows you to test and create with our products before having to buy large quantities. We do custom designs, add your own logos to products with a minium quantity order.

You can place your order conveniently online, by fax (325.673.5435) .  If you are directed to voice mail, we will return your call as quickly as possible. Please leave your name, phone number and a brief message so that we can be prepared to handle your need to your satisfaction.

Shipping: Your order will ship within 1-3 business days of your order submission unless otherwise noted on specific item info. Some items have ship dates by date availability and could take longer than 3 days to ship. Please let us know if you want expedited or next day shipping as well as your required delivery date.

Overseas Order Transit Time: We also observe our prompt shipping policy on overseas orders. Transit times vary and are out of our control once the order ships. For all online orders, please include contact information in the Special Instructions section.

Shipping Options:

USPS is our preferred shipper for the most economical package transit. If you want to insure your shipment, the standard charge is the USPS charge. We also have the ability to track your shipment online.


We ship USPS Ground which is usually less than 5 business days to your front door. The holidays can be an exception to that. The USPS figures charges on packages by weight. Those reasonable rates can be looked up online at This is the chart we use when shipping. Insurance, priority, signature request, 2nd Day air all have additional fees and are available upon request by phone, fax or email. The charges will need to be added to your order before your shipment leaves the warehouse. We offer domestic free shipping on orders of $200-$800.
USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate Delivery is $16.95 for up to 4 pounds. It is guaranteed delivery and can be tracked. Arrival time is usually 1 - 2 weeks.

Privacy - Our Commitment to Your Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else! When you order, your information is entered into our database so that we can invoice and ship to you correctly.

Mailings & Emails

We send emails to you if you have contacted us through our website, by mail or by phone. We send out 2 emails a week that include new items for the week, sales, specials, and design ideas. We like to make information, short, sweet and to the point as your time is valuable. We want to provide information that is useful to you and at any time, would love to get feedback from you about what your find appealing and helpful. At any time if you wish to be removed from our email list, please let us know through email or give us a call.
Sales Taxes
Sales taxes are collected on all Texas Customers who purchase without a State Sales Tax Number. If you have a Texas sales tax number please fax a signed resale certificate to 325-673-5435 (fax) or attach it to an email to: , Our Estore charges every Texas customer Tax, even if we have your number, when we process your order it will be deducted upon final billing and shipping. HHH does not finalize your credit card purchase until the shipment is boxed and ready to ship. NO sales tax is charged on out of Texas customers.

At HHH Enterprises, we strive to be error-free in shipping and invoicing your orders. You can expect quick and fair handling of claims. Within 30 days of purchase, we will refund or replace merchandise which is subject to the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  • You must write an invoice number on the outside of the box to quickly expedite your refund or credit.
  • All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, bags and in New Condition. Altered or used items will not be refunded.
  • Original prices will be refunded in the form of payment received or credited to your account for use on your next purchase.
  • Include a brief explanation for the reason of return.
  • If you would like to exchange for other products, please provide that information in writing.

Call 800.777.0218 for a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number and write that on the outside of the package. Include your daytime contact information and e-mail address.

We will not refund any shipping charges for returned items unless prior consideration has been given.

Orders over $100 are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
